  I have dealt with pet stores before and when I tell you that if I purchase another puppy I would from Pet City in Chapel Hills. Jessica assisted my husband and myself and she was wonderful. I brought my pup a 14 month german shepherd to meet the new pup and it was great. She checked on us, was patient throughout the whole process with financing.

  They store didn’t smell like shyt like most pet stores do and that’s great. The employees really cared about the pets and not just the money.

  We purchased our Shih Tzu from Pet City 9 years ago. They were so helpful. I’m asthmatic and allergic. Most dogs affect me. My wife had asked if I could hold the little guy. Sure was the answer. I took him out into the mall and walked around. No reaction. Brady has been a wonderful pet for us. Thanks to Pet City at Chapel Hills.

  I had an opportunity to learn first hand the how Pet City selects and evaluates it’s breeders. I was thoroughly impressed! Those that claim they support puppy mill I would have to ask, “where is your proof”. Pet City is reputable business that has been around for decades. You don’t get that if you are taking short cuts.

  I purchased my German Shepherd from this wonderful FAMILY operated business. I saw the reviews and spoke with the owner about them before my purchase. I urge you to do the same. The dogs are well taken of, My puppy is so happy and healthy thank goodness. We have had her now for 6 months. My puppy is so amazing , I am going to eventually breed her so I will be back for a male from this store in the future. Thank you so much for explaining and giving me your side of the story.   This is by far the best of the per cities. Their animals always seem very well taken care of and the employees are extremely nice and knowledgeable. I’ve purchased two canines from here before and just might get another one.

  Pet City is a great store they really do care about the animals, not just making a profit. The idea they get their animals from puppy mills just isn’t true. They get their dogs from breeders who take excellent care of them give them plenty of room to roam outside, heated kennels, regular grooming, etc. I have had many conversations with the owners and they care about these animals and want them all to find great homes. Even after they leave the store the owners are in contact with their customers willing to make home visits if the animal isn’t feeling well. The owner even has the nickname “Dr. Bree”. These are great people and some of the only people who I would by from because they care.

  I’ll be honest I am not the biggest fan of buying pets from a store but after walking into this pet city location compared to the north mall I have to say I’m very impressed and my mind has changed about where I will get my next dog from. Their staff is knowledgeable of dogs and also were friendly to my son. Even tho the store was busy at the time I went, the employee Toni was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure we found the right type of dog for our son. It means a lot that the employees will take the time to get to know your needs, rather than just send you home with any dog. Will absolutely be going back.

  Pet city is awesome, we bought a 3 month old corgi and she got very sick the day after we bought her and pet city came to the vet and took care of all the bills, they really are a great pet store!!

  I love this store! I have purchased a puppy from here 10 years ago and she was the best dog ever! Before her when I was a teenager I also bought a kitten from here and I couldn’t have ask for a better cat either! Thank you for everything!

  I’ve bought several dogs from this place and have given many to family members. There’s no place I’d trust more to get animals from. They care for them and love them you can tell and feel it when you walk in hands down.

  I have bought 3 puppies and an iguana from this store and they where very knowledgeable about the puppies and the iguana. When I bought my second puppies from here she wouldn’t eat nor play like a puppy normally would do, so I called the store. The lady that I had talked to asked me to bring her in and she would see what she could do, so I did. When I brought her in she put her in with her litter mate and she started acting like a puppy again and she also started to eat. I ended up buying her brother also and allowed the employee to take care of them to make sure she was ok. After a week or so of her taking care of the puppies I picked them up and they were wonderful!! Thank you so much wonderful staff.

  What an awesome store! I’ve been going in this store for years and I am always so happy when I leave. The animals all seem very clean, happy, healthy and well looked after. The best time to go in is during dinner time lol. All the animals are eating and playing. The staff is very helpful and informed. All around a great store!

  Excellent service, atmosphere and puppies! This store is the most reparable pet stores in the Denver area, having served the community for over 30 years. Family owed and operated lends to the proper treatment and care for the puppies and other animals. I purchased a long haired Chihuahua from this location. He came with all his papers, shots and wormings. He even came with a free vet visit and a health guarantee that goes way beyond what the law requires when purchasing an animal. The store was clean and the employees even groomed my new puppy before we left. The staff did a great job making sure I was informed about where my puppy came from, how to get my registration papers and how to take good care of my puppy. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a new friend!

  My husband and I got a new member to our family from this pet shop and we were very satisfied. They are very knowledgeable about all the breeds and helped us find the perfect dog for us. All the puppies are playful and well groomed.
